Refund and cancellation policy

We would rather you try Cling Works properly before paying than ask for a refund. That is why every workspace starts with a 14-day free trial, with no card needed.

Cancelling

Plans are paid a year at a time and never renew by themselves: nothing is charged unless you choose to pay again. To stop, simply do not renew — or write to info@clinginfotech.com.
Your plan stays active until the end of the year you have paid for.
After it ends, your workspace becomes read-only and you can export your data for 30 days.

Refunds

First payment: if you are not satisfied, ask within 7 days of your first paid charge and we refund it in full.
Renewals: if you ask within 30 days of paying for a renewal, we refund the unused months, less one month.
Charged in error (a duplicate payment, or a charge after you cancelled): always refunded in full.
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 7–10 working days of approval, with the GST credit note to match.

Downgrades and upgrades

Moving from Standard to Tailored takes effect immediately, and you pay only the difference for the days left in your year. Moving from Tailored to Standard takes effect when your year ends — choose Standard when you renew.
